Project Co-ordination / Management

If you wish Beautiful Space Interior Design can work on your behalf to see your project through from beginning to end. Through our project plan we will ensure every aspect runs smoothly.

We will source suppliers, negotiate any discounts, produce competitive costings, organise the work / installation, appoint contractors and hold regular meetings with them, co-ordinate the hand-over and resolve any snagging issues.

Fee is charged at 15% of the overall project cost.

Invoices with regards the project co-ordination / management fee are charged in line with any payments to suppliers / contractors due at the relevant intervals throughout the project. It is possible clients will be invoiced directly by each contractor.

All fees quoted are for residential client projects only and we issue a contract at the start of each project.
