Delivery Options and Charges
At Beautiful Space we endeavour to dispatch all of our product orders within 48 hours subject to stock availability. On occasions we may run out of stock on some items. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and also keep you informed of the date the new stock is due in.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
(Zone 1) For a single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, £9.90 per delivery address. The maximum size of the parcel / item will be no longer than 300cm in length and girth combined and a maximum length of no longer than 150cm. For most items please allow 4-7 days for delivery.
UK – Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
(Zone 2) For a single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, £25.10 per delivery address. The maximum size of the parcel / item will be no longer than 300cm in length and girth combined and a maximum length of no longer than 150cm. For most items please allow 4-7 days for delivery. At the checkout, if your address is any of the above, please input your full address but in every case please select the Isle of Man dropdown which will then pick up the correct shipping charge for all of these areas.
Large Item Delivery
All larger items due to their size or weight are subject to an additional delivery charge. Dependent on the area of the UK for delivery and also the size, they may have to be packaged into separate rather than one single parcel / delivery. The individual delivery charges range from £9.90 to £74.50 for the UK. Delivery of items will be made within 4-14 days and by courier. If ordering our Industrial Console Table please place this order separately to any other parts of your order so the correct delivery cost is charged. In most cases the automatic shipping charges input should cover all delivery charges. However occasionally when a quantity of, not heavy, but oversized items are ordered, a surcharge may be added to the delivery cost. We will contact you directly if this occurs.
International Delivery
(Zone 3) Deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Germany, Italy, for a single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, £21.50 per delivery address. The maximum size of the parcel / item will be no longer than 300cm in length and girth combined and a maximum length of no longer than 150cm. Delivery times vary however for most items please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
(Zone 4) Deliveries to Spain, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, for a single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, £32.55 per delivery address. The maximum size of the parcel / item will be no longer than 300cm in length and girth combined and a maximum length of no longer than 150cm. Delivery times vary however for most items please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Additional Large Item Delivery charges to the above stated International Delivery areas range from £21.50 to £32.55 per item per delivery address. Delivery times vary however for most items please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Please note currently we are unable to deliver our Industrial Console Table to addresses outside any UK areas. In most cases the automatic shipping charges input should cover all delivery charges. However occasionally when a quantity of, not heavy, but oversized items are ordered, a surcharge may be added to the delivery cost. We will contact you directly if this occurs.
Worldwide Delivery
(Zone 5) Deliveries to US / Canada, £46.45 for a single small / medium parcel weight total up to 3kg per delivery address. Then charges increase for parcels of additional weights and sizes. .
(Zone 6) Deliveries to India / South Africa / UAE, £58.40 for a single small / medium parcel weight total up to 3kg per delivery address. Then charges increase for parcels of additional weights and sizes.
(Zone 7) Deliveries to Australia / New Zealand, £70.85 for a single small / medium parcel weight total up to 3kg per delivery address. Then charges increase for parcels of additional weights and sizes.
For additional Large Item Delivery charges to the above stated Worldwide Delivery areas please contact us if you require a quote. Delivery times vary however for most items to the above Worldwide Delivery areas please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Please note currently we are unable to deliver our Vitra Eames DSR Chair to addresses outside any UK and European areas. In most cases the automatic shipping charges input should cover all delivery charges. However occasionally when a quantity of, not heavy, but oversized items are ordered, a surcharge may be added to the delivery cost. We will contact you directly if this occurs.
If your address destination is not listed it may be that we do not currently deliver to that area, however please feel free to contact us and we can confirm whether this is the case.

Returns Policy
Of course Beautiful Space hopes that you are as pleased with all of your product choices as we are. If in the event however you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, you can return them to us for a full refund, under the following conditions.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and along with the completed Returns Form provided, please return the goods to us within 7 days. Please obtain proof of postage for the items as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit. Any fragile items must be packaged securely and on return, the products must be in the same new condition and still in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Beautiful Space Interior Design retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed able to be resold.
The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns. If you wish we can arrange for the collection of goods and return of the items through our courier, the price of this service as stated below will be deducted from your refund. This service applies to certain areas only as stated below.
UK Mainland Standard Return cost - £9.90 plus £3.50 – per single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, per delivery address. Any additional Large Item Returns will be charged at the original parcel cost plus £3.50. Please note there is no return service available through our courier service on extra-large items ie. our Industrial Console Table.
UK – Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly Return cost - £25.10 plus £3.50 – per single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, per delivery address. Any additional Large Item Returns will be charged at the original parcel cost plus £3.50.
International Return cost – only available from the following countries at the costs stated per single parcel up to a maximum of 21kg, per delivery address. Any additional Large Item Returns will be charged at the cost stated for that country.
Republic of Ireland - £13.10, Belgium - £11.45, Netherlands - £11.15, France - £13.00, Italy - £20.15, Germany - £10.75, Spain - £19.15, Greece - £24.00, Austria - £19.50, Czech Republic - £14.80, Finland - £18.75, Poland - £16.25.
Worldwide Returns
We cannot arrange for return of items from any of our worldwide destinations.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will contact you confirming the receipt of the item and with the details of any refund.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
Please contact us immediately, or within 48 hours at the latest, in the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and / or are faulty in any way.
Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
